The OUELLET Myriad 30,000 BTU R-32 has a cooling capacity of 30,000 BTU. The right size depends on the area to heat and cool, insulation, window orientation and how many rooms you want to serve. During the quote, a certified technician checks the sizing to avoid a unit that is too small (uncomfortable in winter) or too large (short cycles, poor humidity control).
Does the OUELLET Myriad 30,000 BTU R-32 keep heating in Montréal’s deep cold?

The manufacturer’s warranty covers the compressor for 10 years and parts for 10 years; labour is covered for 10 years. Installation is done by a certified refrigeration technician, with valid RBQ licences and liability insurance.
Does this model qualify for a rebate?
This model is ENERGY STAR® certified and is one of the units we offer for Hydro-Québec’s LogisVert program. Eligibility and the amount depend on the program rules in effect and on your installation: we check them with you and prepare the application documents.
How long does installation take?
