Frédérick Cordeau · Owner of Climatisation HVAC MTL, refrigeration technician since 2008
Our founder
Frédérick Cordeau: over 15 years perfecting his trade
“I started my refrigeration training in 2008 and I have never stopped improving since. My career has led me to work on air handling in apartments, large condo towers, shops, stores, businesses and factories.”
That varied experience is why HVAC MTL can handle a wall-mounted heat pump in a duplex just as well as 136 heat pumps in an 11-storey building in Côte-Saint-Luc.
At HVAC MTL, the owner is the one who comes over to do the quotes. One client pointed it out in her Google review: “Frédérick, the owner, comes over himself to do the quotes, which is really appreciated.”

Excellent service, well-organized company and clear communication.
I wanted to share my excellent experience with this small, local company in the Southwest. Frédérick, the owner, personally handles the quotes, which is much appreciated. He presented us with several machines, taking the time to thoroughly explain each option. After receiving quotes from three companies, we quickly decided to go with them, both for the quality of their service and the clarity of their explanations. During the installation, there were two of them, and they did an absolutely outstanding job. They took care of the old machine and even cleaned their workspace with their own vacuum cleaner before leaving—a level of attention to detail that makes all the difference. Even my dog, Maria, supervised the whole process and trusted them, which speaks volumes! The entire installation took no more than three hours. Frédérick then took the time to explain all the features of the machine and the remote control in detail, including its self-cleaning function. We've already successfully tested the heating mode, and I'm really looking forward to trying the cooling mode. I'll definitely call you, Frédéric, to come and install the Wi-Fi system this summer! I recommend this company to everyone, without hesitation!
Excellent, fast, and professional service. They pay attention to detail. I highly recommend this company.
