Installation, warranty and rebate: what’s included
Our prices are installed prices: assessment of your needs, installation and start-up by a certified refrigeration technician, valid RBQ licences and liability insurance. Depending on the model, the manufacturer’s warranty covers the compressor and parts for up to 10 years, and several series also include 10 years of labour.

Which heat pump should I choose for a house in Montréal?
It depends on the building. Without ducts, a wall-mounted heat pump (one room or an open area) or a multi-zone system (several rooms) is usually the answer. With ductwork or a forced-air furnace, a central heat pump heats and cools the whole house. A technician advises you for free during the quote.
Does a heat pump work at −30 °C in Montréal?
Yes. According to manufacturers’ data, several of our models keep heating down to −30 °C (for example the Gree Crossover, Ouellet Pacific and Stelpro Pro B series and our multi-zone systems). Their output drops as it gets colder, so we tell you whether backup heat is still useful in your home.
