The Mistral uses R-454B refrigerant and is ENERGY STAR® certified. Labour is covered for 1 year. At 15,000 BTU, it suits a main room or a mid-sized open area; we confirm the capacity during the quote.

According to the manufacturer, the Mistral keeps heating down to −25 °C. Like any heat pump, its output drops in deep cold, so backup heat remains useful on the coldest days.
What warranty comes with the Moovair Mistral?
The compressor and parts carry a 10-year manufacturer’s warranty, and labour 1 year. Installation is done by a certified technician with valid RBQ licences and insurance.
Does the Moovair Mistral qualify for a rebate?
The Mistral is ENERGY STAR® certified and is one of the models we offer for Hydro-Québec’s LogisVert program. Eligibility and the amount depend on the rules in effect and your installation: we check them with you and prepare the application.
