Disconnection and reactivation of 6 air conditioners – Industrial building at Mile End

We disconnected and reconnected 6 commercial air conditioners in an industrial building located in Mile End, Montreal , as part of roof repair work.

Before work begins, we carefully secure copper pipes and electrical wires to protect the integrity of the system and prevent damage during renovations.

Taking advantage of the intervention, the customer entrusted us with the repair of a system with a refrigerant leak . We carried out a complete leak search , including inspection of the refrigeration circuit and checking of the components, in order to precisely identify the source of the problem.

After the repair and return to service, the unit – in operation for more than 10 years – returned to optimal performance , demonstrating that professional maintenance and rigorous intervention can significantly extend the life of an HVAC system.
