Disconnection and reconnection of 31 heat pumps for a roof repair project in Côte-Saint-Paul

As part of a major roof repair project on a condo building located in the Côte-Saint-Paul district, our team was mandated to safely disconnect 31 heat pumps installed on the roof of the building.

This type of intervention requires rigorous planning in order to protect the equipment, minimize service interruptions and allow roofers to carry out the work in the best conditions. Each system was identified, isolated and disconnected according to the rules of the art in order to preserve its integrity.

Once the roof work was completed, we returned to the site to carry out the complete reconnection of the 31 heat pumps , including the refrigeration connections, electrical connections, leak testing, recommissioning and verification of the proper functioning of each unit.

This major project demonstrates the ability of Climatisation HVAC MTL to manage complex interventions on multi-residential buildings, in coordination with other trades, while respecting construction deadlines and ensuring reliable restarting of the heating and air conditioning systems.
