What’s the difference between Ouellet Pacific and Harmony?

Both are R32 wall units with WiFi and smart defrost. The Pacific heats down to −30 °C and is ENERGY STAR® certified; the Harmony heats down to −25 °C and goes up to 36,000 BTU for large open spaces.

Do Ouellet heat pumps handle the cold?

Yes. According to the manufacturer, the Pacific, Myriad and Flexx series keep heating down to −30 °C, and the Harmony series down to −25 °C. The heating cable in the defrost pan limits ice build-up under the outdoor unit.

How much does an installed Ouellet heat pump cost?

The price depends on the model, the capacity and your installation. For a wall unit, replacement starts at $2,690 + tax with a 10-year warranty included. You get a detailed installed price within 24 hours.

Another company had screwed me over schedule wise and HVAC MTL came within 24h of me calling AND during summer construction holidays. They fixed my issue within an hour and were lovely. Thank you, highly recommend!

I had an excellent service from this company. Every team member was courteous, kind and respectful. […] I live in a condo in the sub-basement and there are 4-5 floors in the building. I know sometimes contractors are hesitant with working with condo buildings because of its complexity. However, for this company, it was not an issue at all.

I wanted to share my excellent experience with this small, local company in the Southwest. Frédérick, the owner, personally handles the quotes, which is much appreciated. He presented us with several machines, taking the time to thoroughly explain each option. After receiving quotes from three companies, we quickly decided to go with them, both for the quality of their service and the clarity of their explanations. During the installation, there were two of them, and they did an absolutely outstanding job. They took care of the old machine and even cleaned their workspace with their own vacuum cleaner before leaving—a level of attention to detail that makes all the difference. Even my dog, Maria, supervised the whole process and trusted them, which speaks volumes! The entire installation took no more than three hours. Frédérick then took the time to explain all the features of the machine and the remote control in detail, including its self-cleaning function. We've already successfully tested the heating mode, and I'm really looking forward to trying the cooling mode. I'll definitely call you, Frédéric, to come and install the Wi-Fi system this summer! I recommend this company to everyone, without hesitation!
