Completed a complete installation of an OUELLET Pacific 18,000 BTU wall-mounted heat pump , designed to provide efficient heating and air conditioning throughout the year.

The work included the complete installation of the system, the installation of the refrigeration piping , the condensate drain , the necessary connections as well as the installation of the outdoor unit on a solid and suitable wall support .

The installation was carried out with care to ensure reliable operation, a clean finish and optimal system performance.

I wanted to share my excellent experience with this small, local company in the Southwest. Frédérick, the owner, personally handles the quotes, which is much appreciated. He presented us with several machines, taking the time to thoroughly explain each option. After receiving quotes from three companies, we quickly decided to go with them, both for the quality of their service and the clarity of their explanations. During the installation, there were two of them, and they did an absolutely outstanding job. They took care of the old machine and even cleaned their workspace with their own vacuum cleaner before leaving—a level of attention to detail that makes all the difference. Even my dog, Maria, supervised the whole process and trusted them, which speaks volumes! The entire installation took no more than three hours. Frédérick then took the time to explain all the features of the machine and the remote control in detail, including its self-cleaning function.
