We recently installed a 27,000 BTU Stelpro multi-zone heat pump in a residence located in the Ville-Marie district of Montreal. To provide uniform comfort throughout the home, the system was equipped with two 12,000 BTU wall units , strategically installed to optimize air distribution.

Our team took care of all the work, including the installation of the indoor and outdoor units, the complete passage of the refrigeration piping, the passage of the drainage pipe, the installation of an aluminum base to securely support the outdoor unit as well as the installation of pipe covers to ensure a clean, durable and aesthetic finish.

This new installation allows for efficient heating and cooling of the main living areas while providing better temperature control in each area. In addition to improving occupant comfort, this type of system helps reduce energy consumption compared to conventional electric heating.

I wanted to share my excellent experience with this small, local company in the Southwest. Frédérick, the owner, personally handles the quotes, which is much appreciated. He presented us with several machines, taking the time to thoroughly explain each option. After receiving quotes from three companies, we quickly decided to go with them, both for the quality of their service and the clarity of their explanations. During the installation, there were two of them, and they did an absolutely outstanding job. They took care of the old machine and even cleaned their workspace with their own vacuum cleaner before leaving—a level of attention to detail that makes all the difference. Even my dog, Maria, supervised the whole process and trusted them, which speaks volumes! The entire installation took no more than three hours.
