We replaced our client's heat pump with an OUELLET Pacific 18,000 BTU . During our diagnosis, we discovered a major refrigerant leak in the old unit, making any repairs infeasible and warranting a complete replacement of the system.

To carry out the work safely and in accordance with standards, we rented a cherry picker to access the roof and install the new heat pump.
