We replaced a wall-mounted heat pump to install a Stelpro PRO B 12,000 BTU in the Hochelaga district, in Montreal .

For this project, the outdoor unit was placed in the garage , using equipment already in place . This approach makes it possible to limit unnecessary modifications when existing installations are still compatible, accessible and in good condition.

The replacement was carried out taking into account building constraints, available location, condensate drainage, air circulation and accessibility for future maintenance.

I wanted to share my excellent experience with this small, local company in the Southwest. Frédérick, the owner, personally handles the quotes, which is much appreciated. He presented us with several machines, taking the time to thoroughly explain each option. After receiving quotes from three companies, we quickly decided to go with them, both for the quality of their service and the clarity of their explanations. During the installation, there were two of them, and they did an absolutely outstanding job. They took care of the old machine and even cleaned their workspace with their own vacuum cleaner before leaving—a level of attention to detail that makes all the difference. Even my dog, Maria, supervised the whole process and trusted them, which speaks volumes! The entire installation took no more than three hours.
